exercise suggestions For the beginner

Here is an exercise regimen I suggest for beginners, Though I Do suggest you consult your physician before starting any exercise regimen. For the beginner Start out slow and have some set goals as to how you want to go about your exercise regimen, as well as eating healthy as they go hand and hand. My suggestion would be to do cardio starting out at 3 times a week. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I would try to do a steady pace of any where from 20 to 30 minutes. You do not need to go full throttle, just a steady pace as stated. If you do get tired you can take it down a notch. You could start out walking or a slow jog. You could also mix it up and do both maybe 5 minutes of walking and a one minute jog, until you reach 20 or 30 minutes. Make sure you do a warm up for about five minutes and after that five minutes do quick but easy stretch. This would include back, legs and a bit of the upper body. Focusing more of the stretch on lower limbs. Make sure not to stretch to long or vigorously before the work out as this could cause injury during the work out. A 3 to 5 minute stretch should do it. At the end of the work out is where you would do a cool down of about 3 to 5 five minutes, which would consist of a slow walk and after that is when you would engage in a longer and deeper stretch making sure to hold the stretches for at least 15 to 20 seconds each. this stretch should be about 5 to 10 minutes. The stretches, warm up and cool down are not included in the work out time. Make sure you drink plenty of water. This would be half your body weight in ounces. Water is great for you and will help dispel toxins during and after you work out. once again to go along with your beginners exercise program make sure your eating healthy. Now get out there and make it happen, You can do anything you set your mind to. You just have to want it !!!
