intermediate level exercise advise

So you have been exercising for some time now and you want to advance to a more intermediate program. My suggestions would be to step up the cardio from the beginners\ 3 day 20 to 30 minute routine to about 4 to 5 days at about 40 to 60 minute cardio segments. Remember to do a 5 to 10 minute warm up with a light stretch then begin your cardiac regimen. Finish with a 5 to 10 minute cool down and about a 10 minute deep stretch. As always make sure your drinking plenty of water, half your body weight in ounces a day. You also want to be eating a low caloric intake diet, with plenty of protein. A plethora of fresh fruits and vegetables as well as some complex carbohydrates. Limit preservative and unnatural food products.
