SUGGESTIONS FOR EATING HEALTHY & CLEAN
THE FOLLOWING ARE SOME SUGGESTIONS FOR EATING HEALTHY AND CLEAN.
FIRST, WATER EVERY DAY ALL DAY, YOU SHOULD BE DRINKING HALF YOUR BODY WEIGHT IN OUNCES OF WATER A DAY, AND A LITTLE MORE IF YOU HAVE WORKED OUT HEAVILY OR ITS REALLY HOT OUT. IT IS SUCH AN EASY THING TO DO. ITS ONE OF THE HEALTHIEST THINGS YOU CAN DO FOR YOUR BODY AND ITS PRACTICALLY FREE. IT DOES NOT TASTE BAD AND IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT PLAIN ADD A LEMON OR A TINY BIT OF A HEALTHY 100 PERCENT (ORGANIC) JUICE. A TINY BIT WOULD MEAN ABOUT 1/4 CUP TO A LITER OF WATER.
NEXT I WOULD SUGGEST EATING AS MUCH ORGANIC FOOD ITEMS AS POSSIBLE.
TRY TO LIMIT FOOD WITH ADDITIVES AND PRESERVATIVES AS WELL AS GLUCOSE TYPE SUGARS. ( LOOK AT THE LABELS! A LOT OF COMPANIES DO NOT CARE WHAT THERE SELLING YOU AND YOUR PRECIOUS CHILDREN AS LONG AS THEIR MAKING THEIR MONEY)
TRY TO EAT AS MUCH FRUITS AND VEGETABLES AS YOU CAN, AT LEAST 3 TO 5 SERVINGS OF EACH A DAY. PLAN YOUR MEALS AND MAKE IT HAPPEN.
TRY TO GO FOR ABOUT 2-3 SERVINGS OF PROTEIN, LEAN PORTIONS OF CHICKEN, TURKEY AND FISH. LEAN RED MEATS I WOULD LIMIT TO ABOUT 1-2 TIMES PER MONTH
LIMIT STARCHY CARBOHYDRATES AND INSTEAD HAVE COMPLEX CARBOHYDRATES SUCH AS BROWN RICE WHEAT BREAD SWEET POTATOES E.T.C 2-3 SERVINGS A DAY
MAKE SURE YOU EAT BREAKFAST IT WILL GET YOUR METABOLISM STARTED RIGHT FOR THE DAY. DON'T SKIP MEALS! IT WILL NOT HELP YOU IN THE LONG RUN, YOUR BODY NEEDS FOOD. EAT! YOU SHOULD BE EATING ABOUT 5 SMALL MEALS A DAY. ABOUT EVERY 3 HOURS AND IF YOUR DOING IT RIGHT YOU SHOULD NOT BE HUNGRY BETWEEN. SO IT GOES, HEALTHY BREAKFAST 3 HOURS LATER HEALTHY SNACK 3 HOURS LATER HEALTHY LUNCH 3 HOUR LATER HEALTHY SNACK AND 3 HOURS LATER SUPPER. DO NOT STUFF YOUR SELF!!! EVEN IF YOUR EATING HEALTHY YOU WILL PUT ON WEIGHT IF YOUR TAKING IN TO MANY CALORIES.
I WOULD SUGGEST A DAILY VITAMINS AS WELL. SOME OF THE FRUITS VEGGIES AND GRAINS E.T.C. ARE NOT AS VITAMINS FILLED AS IN THE PAST, SO I WOULD SUGGEST AT LEAST A GOOD DAILY VITAMIN, AND A GOOD FISH OIL. THERE IS A LOT OF INFORMATION ON LINE AS TO WHAT YOU SHOULD BE LOOKING FOR IN THESE PRODUCTS. PLEASE CONSULT WITH YOUR DR FIRST BEFORE YOU TAKE ANY VITAMINS !!! THESE VITAMINS ARE ONLY SUGGESTIONS I AM MAKING.
IT CAN BE HARD TO EAT HEALTHY AND CLEAN FOR A LOT OF PEOPLE SO FOR THAT I WOULD SUGGEST YOU HAVE A SENSIBLE CHEAT MEAL AND CHEAT DESERT ONE TIME A WEEK & TRY TO SEPARATE THE TIME IN WHICH YOU HAVE THE TWO BY AT LEAST A FEW HOURS OR ON TWO SEPARATE DAYS. (DON'T STUFF YOURSELF JUST BECAUSE ITS YOUR CHEAT MEAL OR DESERT)
SOME PEOPLE LIKE A WINE WITH THEIR DINNER IF THIS IS THE CASE I WOULD SUGGEST RED WINE AS IT HAS HEALTH BENEFITS, LIMIT IT TO HALF GLASS GLASS 1-2 TIMES PER WEEK TOPS.
