New Year is Here!!!

A New Year is here and we all will have new things that we would like to do and accomplish in 2013. It's always very difficult to keep those resolutions past 30 days for most, but its doable. If you have fitness goals or any other plans to do for this year, than here is some great tips for you. First of all you must have a plane. It those not have to be a crazy workout plan but a plan. be sure to push yours self but not to hard and not to quick. Like don't start your first week like you have been killing the gym everyday, slowly start into it. You should also set a Diet plan as wale. You don't have to starve yourself. A tip is to Drink more water for-one and eat more veggies and fruits.Don't eat out as much and no sodas! Most issue we have are consistence. Make a plan a stick to it. Make sure that you have a balanced workout, Cardio,Weights,and Stretching. If time or money is an issue than you don't have to go to the gym, workout at home. You can do many different exercise at home and it will be plenty enough to get results. I have had clients that I've trained in there living room and got in shape. Pushups,situps,jumping,squats,squat jumps, running in place ect. Just keep moving for 45 to and hour. There or programs out that can help you like p90x and many more. That ones for more advanced, but you can get some ideals from it until you get to that level. You can maybe get a few personal training sessions to help you get motivated and started on the right foot. What ever you do, you need to Write....Yes Write. Write your goals down.Write your Measurements down. Write your Plan down. Write your diet down and your workouts everyday. It's good to track your life to see your gains and help you stay on track.
