Protein Pancakes!!!

 Ok most of the people in the USA are overweight. We eat to much,to late, to much at a time, and just the wrong things. In fact it's not that hard to drop a few pounds.  Where I'm from  in the South people think that its cute to eat a lot, that's why we brag on eating so much and go out to eat all the time."Girl I ate so much food I'm bout to bust" Its not funny at all. When one has to start taking  blood pressure pills and what not, it's not cool. The truth of the matter is that If we start eating just a little less and drinking water and working out, then we will become healthier  and be in better shape as well as save money!

Protein Pan Cakes

Here we go, If you must eat them!

1st mix your pancake mix together lightly.
2nd measure some protein powder that you like. Start with very little amount at first so you can taste it.
I use a scoop of Muscle Milk Protein (Chocolate) which will give you about (16) grams of protein you would have never had .Next time put a little more in if the taste wasn't to over powering.
3rd mix in the protein slowly.
4th cook on non stick pan. use very little oil, please.  try some olive or coconut oil.
5th Eat it with some honey or if you must use reduced cal. syrup. no butter!!!

2-3 pancakes


Tips:
I would only use Vanilla or chocolate flavors, others may be to much.
Eat one less cake than you usually eat, because the protein will be added calories but more filling.
