You Are What You Eat!!

Look at the people that are eating the foods you are buying!

If you go out to eat and everyone there is obese and out of shape, then you should rethink your health choices.

So many people have demons when It comes to food. The truth is that its not that hard to drop sizes and be in good health. A person should try to get in shape over time and not all at once. Start with little things like drinking WATER every day. Morning, Noon and Night. This will give you a sense of fullness but with something your body needs anyway. Eat your fruits and Veggies early in the Day. If you have been feeling Sick,Down ,Sleepy, E.c.t. what ever it is, maybe It is how you eat and what you eat. Try doing something different in your life and Diet. Mix it up stop eating the things that you have been eating for a few weeks and see what happens. Be sure to eat breakfast every morning, mostly Proteins(eggs,turkey bacon and so on). This will help your Blood sugar stay regulated for the day, keeping you from crashing. How much you say? Well it  really depends on your size and activity levels. If you are shorter and looking to loose then start around 1200 calories to 1400 for women and more if you are taller. Men around 2000 and up. This is not something you would start right away or continue for ever. More to come ......
